Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AutoSellix("the App") and related services. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The service

AutoSellix helps you create marketing images and videos for your products using AI-powered tools. You can describe your product, upload reference images, configure generation settings, and download the assets for use in your marketing. Features may change over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service except as permitted by law.
• Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

Your content

You retain rights to content you submit (such as product images, descriptions, and prompts). You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and to use generated outputs in your marketing, including any required permissions for people, brands, or third-party materials shown in your uploads.

AI-generated output

Generated images and videos may vary in quality, style, and accuracy. Outputs are provided for your marketing use, but you are responsible for reviewing them before publication and for complying with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure rules in your region—including rules that may require you to identify AI-generated content where applicable.

AutoSellix does not guarantee that generated assets will meet a particular creative, legal, or commercial standard.

Credits

AutoSellix uses a credits system for certain AI features. Credit costs and your balance are described in the App at the time you use them and may change from time to time; we will reflect updates in the App and these Terms where required.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AutoSellix AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100), UNLESS MANDATORY LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we need to do so for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated version and adjust the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, where permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction we designate for disputes, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
